Scholarships

Every year the Kiwanis Club of Plainfield gives college scholarships to a few Plainfield High School seniors.  The students must submit essays written to answer one of two questions created by our Scholarship Committee.  The essays are then evaluated by the Scholarship Committee.  The best essays are then submitted to the entire club for a final vote.

This year the two questions were...

  1. What qualities do you feel our next President should have and why?

  2. What type of community service projects do you feel would benefit the Plainfield Community?  How do you feel such a project could be implemented?
